Kuul Bleach Set consists of Kuul cream developer volume 20 or volume 40, and Kuul Bleach Powder. Kuul cream developer is designed for use with Kuul color system only. Kuul bleach powder lifts up to 5 levels. The formula contains blue pigment to help neutralize yellow and orange undertones. Discoloration system that allows to achieve lightening and extractions of color yet minimizes damage to the hair. Thanks to its formula made with blue pigments, it allows neutralizing yellow and orange reflections.
